Statutory withdrawal instructions for consumers under § 312g BGB and the model withdrawal form pursuant to Annex 2 of Article 246a EGBGB.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.

You may use the model withdrawal form (see section 5), but you are not obliged to. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
For this refund we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
Since all our products are digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires before the end of the 14-day period if (a) you have expressly consented to us beginning the contract execution before the withdrawal period expires, and (b) you have confirmed your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal with this consent.
During checkout you must tick a checkbox confirming both points before payment can be processed. Without this checkbox, the order cannot be placed. Once the checkbox is ticked and payment is made, the license is delivered immediately and your withdrawal right expires.
The right of withdrawal under § 312g BGB applies only to consumers as defined in § 13 BGB. Business customers (Unternehmer, § 14 BGB) do not have a statutory right of withdrawal for our digital products.
Outside the statutory withdrawal right, we may grant goodwill refunds at our discretion within 14 days of purchase for legitimate cases (critical bugs, products materially not as described). Contact our Discord support to request one.
